I started Genuine Water Co. right here in Palm Beach because I kept hearing the same story from neighbors and friends: a water treatment company would come out, scare them with a worst-case scenario, and quote them for a system twice the size they actually needed.
I wanted to build something different — a company where the quote matches the actual water, where I'm the one who shows up to do the work, and where "genuine" isn't just a name on the card, it's how the business runs day to day.
When I'm not out on a job, you'll usually find me somewhere on the water myself — which is honestly a big part of why I care this much about getting it right.
If your water doesn't need a system, we'll tell you that — even if it costs us the sale.
